How to find YouTube sponsors for a fitness channel (2026)
The eight brands sponsoring the most fitness channels in the last year, how small a channel each has worked with, and which ones suit smaller creators.

Fitness is a niche where small channels get sponsored. Of the fitness channels with 10K–1M subscribers in the DiscoverSponsors index, 80% had at least one paid sponsor in the last year, and about 1.7K different brands sponsored a fitness channel in that time. Six of the top eight have sponsored a channel under 10K subscribers, and for most of them, more than half of their fitness partners are under 100K.
The brands that sponsor the most fitness channels
| Brand | What it sells | Fitness channels sponsored | Smallest channel sponsored | Share of those channels under 100K |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Hume Health | Body composition scale and health tracking | 35 | 2K subs | 69% |
| MERACH | Walking pads and home fitness gear | 30 | 1.4K subs | 60% |
| Cal AI | AI calorie tracking app | 27 | 2.2K subs | 56% |
| BetterHelp | Online therapy | 25 | 12.7K subs | 28% |
| FED Fitness | Home cardio machines | 22 | 3.3K subs | 59% |
| Gymshark | Fitness apparel | 21 | 1.1K subs | 67% |
| Crossrope | Weighted jump ropes | 17 | 9.9K subs | 47% |
| LMNT | Electrolyte drink mix | 17 | 21.4K subs | 24% |
Equal counts are ordered alphabetically. Subscriber counts are current.
Equipment and trackers lead, supplements are not on top
The niche's biggest sponsors are not supplement brands. They are products you can show working: a smart scale with a body-composition readout (Hume Health), a walking pad under a desk (MERACH), a calorie app on a phone screen (Cal AI), a cardio machine in a home gym (FED Fitness). These brands want proof in use, and a small channel that films its own routine can deliver that as well as a large one.
Apparel (Gymshark) and nutrition (LMNT) are the other two groups. Gymshark has sponsored a channel with 1.1K subscribers, and two in three of its fitness partners are under 100K. LMNT leans larger.
Just outside the top eight, Bear Mattress and ISSA, a personal trainer certification, have each sponsored 16 fitness channels, ISSA with half of them under 100K.
How to find the ones that fit your channel
- Pick brands whose product you would use on camera anyway. A walking pad fits a "work from home and stay active" channel; a jump rope fits conditioning workouts.
- Use the share column to choose your first pitches: Hume Health, Gymshark, MERACH and FED Fitness work mostly with channels under 100K. The fitness sponsor page lists each brand with the sponsored videos, and the US fitness leaderboard ranks them by country.
- Avoid health claims you cannot back up. Brands in this niche are careful, and a creator who is careful too is easier to sign.
Pitch a progress video
Fitness audiences follow results. Offer a video built around a period of use: thirty days on the walking pad, a month of tracking with the scale, a training block in the apparel. Say what you will measure and show, and when the video goes live. A brand can picture that; it cannot picture "a shout-out".
For matches ranked by your own channel's size, language and niche, add your channel. For the email itself, see how to pitch a YouTube sponsor.
About the data
Counts are distinct fitness-tagged channels with a paid sponsored video at least 60 seconds long published in the last 12 months, from public video information retrieved through the official YouTube Data API. Affiliate-only links are excluded. Channels with sponsors are easier for us to find, so the share of sponsored channels is an upper bound. A detected sponsorship is not confirmation of contract terms.
